Fairly easy process ordering online and I was able to order custom spring rates. The coilovers are a quality product at a good price and show up well packaged with everything you need except for the rear shock adjusters/damper extenders). Have since found them on their website but it would have been good to have it as an option when ordering originaly. This is my second set and the first set are still going strong.
