Ordering was easy and I received my coilover delivery very quickly. Technical support was ok. I got different answers from different people to solve my problem, but I'm glad I persisted and asked again because installing my rear springs without rubber top mounts I don't think is a good idea. They found a document showing instructions for how to install on GE model Honda Jazz but this just needs to be modified for the upside down set up on my GD model Honda Jazz.
