A system that tailors your coffee choice to your taste profile is a great feature and constant feedback and review of the coffees you've received is a great way to hone in on your preferences, especially if you're new to coffee. Something that other coffee subs don't seem to offer!
The selection of roasters/blends is big enough so you get plenty of variation throughout your subscription and the coffee arrives consistently on time. The few times i've had to get in contact with support the response time was great so would definitely recommend!
