The quality of the products is excellent when you actually get them. When I first signed up to Beans they provided excellent customer service and the beans were always delivered on time. If I made changes to my preferences, Richard was always quick to respond and act on this. Sadly over the past 5 months or so the service has significantly deteriorated. Now I don’t receive deliveries without prompting and even then there is still a delay. I was told I won a free prize but as I didn’t want my identity to be revealed it was withdrawn as per their TnCs. It would have been nice to receive even a lesser replacement as a way to reward but instead nothing. When I again chased about the non delivery, Royal Mail strikes were blamed again for yet again another apparent lost delivery. All in all non existent customer service. Such a shame that customers are not valued in any demonstrative way.
