Could have been a good idea, if it were not for a shockingly poor website and account management.
Having received a gift voucher, it took 2 calls to the company to get a code and place an order. Even then, the website kept thinking the code had been "used" so did not accept it. Eventually, having given up for a few months, the system reset and it accepted my code.
However, during the "confirm subscription" process, the site no longer accepted my code and charged me £10.99 for my free coffee! And yes, the coffee that should have been free arrived in 2 days.
Even now, over a month later, having tried to cancel my subscription, the site tells me its pending (that is even after the website upgrade).
It would have been a good idea, and I probably would have continued with the subscription. But, its such a poor system, I would suggest you avoid.
