I used my iWalk2.0 before my operation, on my foot, and after. It allowed me to work and rest my foot at the same time. It kept me sane. I really can not imagine how I would have managed without my iWalk2.0. It is well designed and very reasonably priced, which is important when one is self employed with no sick pay. I tell everyone about it, especially the health professionals as none of them had ever seen one in action.
