A wonderful innovative device which left my hands free and gave much more freedom. I tried it pre op to acclimatise and loved it but unfortunately was not able to use it post op...no fault of the I-walker!
I contacted the company to see about a return and they couldn't have been more helpful. The instructions in the box for re packing were very concise and it went back in the original packaging with no problem.
