They were extremely fast and very honest. I forgot and only ordered half of what I needed went back in to their website and reordered the rest knowing I was going to have to pay shipping for both orders. They emailed me the next morning telling me that they had refunded my shipping on one of the orders. Not everyone would have done that. I will definitely do business with them again.
