I have not installed my springs yet, but the customer service so far has been excellent! Before I placed my order, I wrote an email to Beattie Spring one day after business hours to ask a few questions. AJ emailed me back early the next morning and answered all of them. Once I placed my order, I got another email from Beattie Spring to verify a few things, because some of my order measurements didn't look right. I was able to correct my order specs and the order arrived quickly after that! My parts look great and I'm looking forward to getting them installed!
