I ordered a saddle seat after reading great reviews. After having it for a couple of weeks, I realised it just was not for me as it was rather uncomfortable. I asked if anything could be done as it wasn’t cheap and after speaking to a guy called Paul, he told me they could replace the seat part for a flat one instead of the saddle even though they didn’t offer a money back guarantee scheme. The service I received was incredible and my messages were answered speedy and the problem was dealt with. I received the new part within a few days. Excellent service from Paul and I’m very thankful you that they changed this for me.
