What went right is the better question! I waited 9 weeks for my “leather” boots to arrive.. much longer than it took for you to take my money from my account! I have no words for what I finally received.. PLASTIC GARBAGE best describes them. They look nothing like the photos and are most certainly not what was advertised. You should be ashamed of yourselves for scamming people the way you do! NOONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
