I ordered some hair chalks with the company and never received them, what's more, I was overcharged by $10 for shipping when it was advertised with free shipping. I've contacted them on every email address I've found for the transaction, their website, complaints and paypal but not had any replies - I've also lodged a complaint with paypal, who have denied my claim as I authorised the payment. I thought I was paying £16.99, but was charged $30, no refund, no product, nowhere to go now. Complete scammers. Will not order from a FB advert in future.
