I ordered a pair of pants from Bedlam and they sent me the wrong pattern. I emailed them to inform them of the mistake and they acknowledged the mistake was theirs. However, I have not received the correct item and have not received any further communication from them after several attempts. I have not received a refund either. I have offered to return the incorrect pair of pants.
