Good service from the start. Bed delivered within time stated. Due to us moving we didn’t unpackaged the bed. Several weeks later we moved into our nee home and when we unpacked the bed we found the headboard damaged in two places. I knew the policy states faulty goods to be returned within 14 days but rang customer services just incase. Gillian was so helpful and explained the policy but said she would see what she could do. The following day I received an email to say they would replace the headboard and the delivery couriers would be with me within 2 days to collect the old one and drop the new one off at no charge. Delivery couriers even delivered on a Sunday and provided a hassle free swap.
