Do not touch this company - Very poor service, bed was delivered with parts missing, no screws or bolts, no manual...- packaging seemed old and previously opened. Needless to say I complained and asked for the bed to be collected and a refund. Then the fun started, they made the collection and refund process very difficult with numerous excuses. 1) After the defective bed was collected I was told I had to wait for 5 working days from the day of collection for it to be delivered to their ware house 2) Then I had to wait another 5 working days from when the bed was delivered to their ware house before they could process the refund. After over 15 days and quite a few email exchanges and record delivery letter, I was then told the refund was delayed due to a power cut. In summary it took about a whole month before my refund was processed. Very bad customer service - Take your money somewhere else
