Bed arrived damaged, although we didn't find this out until we came to unpack it later in the afternoon. Contacted customer services who said we had to fill in an online form which we did. We have now been chasing for over 2 weeks and we still have no idea what is going to be done. Very disappointed that we have an expensive bed that we are unable to use, and no idea of when it will be sorted.
