I previously wrote a review about our daughters bed and the delivery company taking away the base.
Bedstar have concluded the investigation and still say the base was not taken.
I find it very frustrating now that a review on another website, from a different customer, is for broken drawers on a base, exactly the same as my daughter had, and this customer received it after it was taken away from my daughter.
Bedstar say as a goodwill gesture we can pay half of the cost if we want a new base...... I think not!!?
We will leave it with Trading standards now!!
