May I say what a pleasant communicative and accommodating two man team you sent to deliver my new divan today.
A telephone call half an hour before delivery to confirm time of arrival
Clean and considerate in their work, taking every precaution to prevent damage whilst manoeuvring a large mattress around tight bends.
They carefully unpacked and removed all packaging as well as the old divan.
Considering the snow and icy conditions underfoot, they worked safely, managing to get the job done as quickly as practicable.
