AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I bought a mattress with 1 day delivery option, after it didn't arrive on Monday I tried to reach someone through the phone - no response whole day so I left a message on a voice mail. As there was no call back I called them another time on Wednesday and a really rude woman told me that there were SOME PROBLEMS (o, rly?) with my order and it's already on its way and will be delivered today at 7pm. Of course nothing happened, I heard exactly the same thing on Thursday and guess what? Still nothing, Worst customer service ever, lie after lie. I hope they cancel orders faster than deliver items.
