Site easy to navigate, ordering straightforward and very speedy delivery. Bed assembly instructions good. One of the mattresses was damaged in transit however. Contacted Samantha in customer services and she immediately took “ownership” removing any stress for myself. Everything was dealt with there and replacement mattress arrived within a couple of days. Problems will inevitably occur from time to time but it’s how they are dealt with that counts. Excellent, reliable customer service saved the day!!
