Delivery date got mixed up as the item was sent to the wrong deport. Organised for a re delivery but only 2 of 3 boxes arrived and was unable to assemble the bed during the cold snap. Being unsatisfied with the item, we organised for it to be returned and ordered another bed instead. Bedstar organised for the returned item to be picked up but the van was too full and left without loading the item. It was an absolutely nightmare to get it returned in the end. The reordered bed was marked as "exclusive to Bedstar" but once it arrived, we quickly realised that it was labelled as something else and it wasn't exclusive at all as it was available at a number of other online retailers for $39 cheaper! Also, I had to make numerous number of calls to Bedstar to organise for the delivery /redelivery and it end up costing me a fortune for dialing Bedstar's 03 number, whilst spending a lot of time being put onhold. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience with Bedstar which cost us a lot of sleepness nights and money.
