Failed to fulfil order after 3 unsuccessful attempts at delivery. Wasted holiday entitlement to wait for deliveries and incurred telephone costs of almost £20 for the number of times we had to call customer services from our mobile. To top it off the company held back my payment for almost a month making it impossible for me to budget for a bed from an alternative company. Ordering seemed quick and straight forward but fulfilment is a joke!
