Purchased an ottoman double bed and 3 mattresses. Gave details for delivery to new house for a Friday delivery, requesting afternoon. Failed delivery. Bedstar had recorded the email address and both the mobile numbers wrongly. They had called in the morning without any warning, regardless of website stating two calls would be made in advance. Would not re deliver until the Monday and required a redelivery charge.no beds for 3 days and charged for Bedstar admin errors!
