Placed order a month and a half before I needed delivery, received an email (not even the courtesy of a phone call) the working day before delivery was due to say bed had been discontinued (they'd only placed the order the working day before delivery, despite taking my money a month and a half earlier). I've been trying to get my money back ever since (well over two weeks now). Voicemails and emails went unanswered. When I finally got through today they tell me they will process payment today. What's been the delay? I will believe it when I see it. On a side issue, I used Topcashback when I made the purchase and the cashback didn't register, so I suspect they're not exactly forthcoming with that either (had logged with Topcashback, so far they've not had a response from Bedstar). Appalling.
