Awful customer service bed never arrived as promised despite a booked delivery. Courier company informed us that the driver had finished for the day @ 5pm but we were still awaiting our delivery which had a booked slot of 12-4pm. NO help from either bedstar or Panther the courier company. Bed paid via paypal so dispute claim raised.
