I am a regular online shopper but my experience with Bedstar is absolutely the worst transaction I have ever endured - hopeless and inept from start to finish, excuse after excuse. I ordered a mattress 8th June with specified delivery date of 14th, so they had 6 days to get it to me. No delivery 14th, eventually arrived 15th but badly damaged and unusable. Second one despatched, failed to arrive on agreed day, eventually arrived 4 hours outside the agreed delivery slot by which time I had cancelled the order.
After numerous emails and phone calls and many hours spent sorting it out they eventually gave me a refund on 23rd July - 6 weeks after I had paid. They simply don't care about customers once they have your money. Yes they are cheap, but use them at your peril.
