Everything!! poor quality goods. However all boxes came very badly damaged and headboard of the bed was badly damaged. so asked for this to be replaced. Customer service ok but couldn't organise for replacement adequately. Delivery and collections (several attempts) didn't happen. Eventually I finally got them to take the faulty item back and requested refund to be charged £30 for the pleasure of substandard service for a item not fit for purpose, their reason for this is that they consider that I have refused delivery of a replacement item. The reason being that eventually after missing 2 appointment slots the delivery arrived 2.5 hrs late when it was pitch black and I was in a state of undress. The delivery driver did not have time to wait for me to get dressed and check the item (in the dark) so I told him to take it back to the supplier as I had previously requested a refund anyway due to the poor service. BEDSTAR consider this to be a refusal to accept, so they charged me £30. I believe this to be against trading standard rules so I have reported them to Trading Standards. Beware had the exchange of the headboard gone to plan, I was instructed that I was responsible for getting rid of the damaged headboard. To do this I would have had to hire a van due to the size of the headboard which I also feel is unacceptable. I find this tantamount to fly tipping.
