I have never come across such a poor company. I had an appalling experience with the couriers whose customer service was rude and unhelpful and they made several mistakes delivering which cost me 2 days leave. When the bed did arrive the bed feet did not arrive with it. Ive sent countless emails and made countless phonecalls and it still has not been sorted. I am trying to call now as it happens and no one is answering the phone. This is not the first time I cant even speak to someone regarding my missing bed feet. I ordered the bed start of November and almost 2 months on I'm still stressed and frustrated trying to get bedstar to fulfil my order. I have already warned my family and friends never to use bedstar and I only wish I had not. All in all it is a pity because the bits of bed that did arrive I am really pleased with its the service that is the problem not the product,
