Having just ordered and paid online from a rival company, I was then told delivery would be a month so cancelled the order.I contacted Bedstar to explain the situation, (I needed the mattress urgently as mine had broken. My order was dealt with courteously and efficiently and because they had one in stock, delivery is due in 2 days' time, (and it's the same price as the rival firm!). I received a confirmation text then a call advising after-care deals and disposal of my broken mattress. Excellent service for sure.
