I recently purchased a new Silentnight Mattress on line from bedstar. I ordered the product on a Sunday evening and was totally amazed when I was advised of a free of charge delivery slot for tuesday! The on line ordering process was very simple and saved me time and money trailing around shops. I received a text after the on-line sale advising that the following day I would receive a time slot after 7.00 am by text as I didn't specify a time slot when ordering as I was available all day. The next day as promised I received a text advising of an AM delivery slot. Then 10 minutes before delivery I received a call from the driver assistant advising that they were 10 minutes away. perfect service and stress free!!
