After our old mattress finally gave in so we quickly searched the internet to order a new one as quickly as possible, after a very well know company's website sent us around in circles we decided to look elsewhere. To be honest I had never heard of bedstar, I have to say after now using them I won't buy from any where else as their service was first class. We ordered the new mattress at 11:00 on the Monday morning and it was delivered at 09:00 on Tuesday morning, the communication from them throughout was exceptional with an initial email advising of an estimated delivery time received within in minutes of the checkout and two phone calls on the morning of the delivery to further advise of times.
