I ordered a bed & mattress (for around £1200), then i saw the bad reviews and was abit worried but it was too late so i just hoped for the best! I scheduled my delivery for 1 month away as i was in the middle of decorating.. a week before the delivery I realised the room wouldnt be finished in time so i emailed them, they replied the same day and rescheduled my delivery for another 2 weeks later.. which was confirmed by text. THEN i found out i was pregnant so everything was on hold again, i emailed them on the Friday when my delivery was for the following Monday, asking if i could postpone it one last time, they replied and did this for me! Finally my room was complete and the bed came yesterday, two guys carried it upstairs for me. The mattress was coming separately from the supplier, but i didn't know what time so i rang bedstar (i didnt want to go out & miss it), the lady rang the supplier for me then rang me straight back to say the drivers in the area now :) honestly couldnt ask for better service. The bed is crushed velvet and is perfect, SO well made, mattress is so comfortable too!!
