The bed didn't arrive. We had to call to find out what was going on. It then arrived the next day but damaged. The company kept telling us we had to wait for their supplier to get in contact with them about a refund/replacement/collect of the broken bed. 4 days later and still no response about a refund. It is now over a week since our new bed should have been here and we have had to buy from another company. Contacting the credit card company to get a refund as bed star are not interested in refunding us for damaged goods. Very poor service and will never use again.
