...worst internet purchase I ever had... I ordered a mattress, pillows and mattress protectors. It was supposed to be delivered all in one day. It came in three parts and not the day I asked for. The mattress protectors did not look like anything I saw on the web and it came cling film wrapped. It looked dirty and cheap. The ones I saw on their website (and what I thought I had ordered) were double sided with fabric and looked of very good quality. I contacted the customer service team and asked for my money back. Their comment was that I should have read the small print saying that you will get something LIKE that but not necessarily what is depicted. I told them that this is unacceptable. I was advised to send it back but I have to pay for postage which is not refundable. The customer service agent was less than sympathetic and rather rude. Do not by from BEDSTAR!!!
