Appalling experience. Could not get mattress into bedroom, despite same size mattresses having been in that room previously. Panthergroup were polite and dealt with my concerns. Bedstar were appalling - bed undelivered - old bed damaged and not being taken away - fridge moved and not replaced - sculpture falling off wall after they had left (had been there for 15 years with no problems). I am being charged £99 for Bedstars series of failures - bed was a week late despite being offered next day delivery and requesting it a week later. Did not come first time - no apoligies - had to sort out myself. Customer service is non-existent. I found the whole experience with Bedstar distressing and expensive and have absolutely nothing but a phone bill and a charge of £99 being taken from me - no bed - still have old one but damaged. Avoid this company at all costs.
