from the moment we ordered our mattress, the service was excellent. emails, phone calls letting us know when our delivery would be with us. The driver who was delivering rang to check everything was ready for him to deliver. Then morning of delviery text, phone call and email to tell us our 4 hour slot. Ours was 7am to 11am and they arrived at 8.30am
