Have just placed an order and process was excellent. Website was clear and fast to navigate. I could choose a delivery day, delivery was free (or I could have paid more for a weekend delivery. I received a text and e-mail straight away confirming the order. As part of the process they asked sensible relevant questions about parking, access etc. So far I am very impressed.
