Bedstar sent text messages almost every day to keep my updated, which is very reassuring. I got a text message and recorded land line call at 7.30am on the delivery day (a bit early for a Sunday but hey-ho) to inform me of my delivery slot. The driver called an hour before arriving and were very pleasant and helpful
