I ordered a bed to be delivered today, 22nd December as I just moved to my new place. I got delivered this morning only half of it??? Just the mattress and half of the frame!! I called and I was told it was supplier's fault so I won't be getting it until January!! Whose idea is to deliver the items with missing parts?? What do I do with half of a frame??? Absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable!! I have never experienced something like that. I demand the rest of the bed asap or my full refund.
