I was recommended appliances online by my mum who has herself purchased a few beds from them. I found the speed of delivery very quick, ordered on a wednesday evening and my mattress was delivered free of charge on the Friday, can't get better than that! I received a text message and phone call on the morning of the delivery to tell me within a four hourly timeslot which time it would be delivered
