My new divan bed and mattress is less than 3 months old and it has a hollow dip in the middle even though I turn an rotate the mattress once a week. I contacted Bedstar customer service about this and also sent two pictures but lisa is not accommodating me with this fault. Very bad customer service Bedstar.
