I bought a bed which i was then advised the next day that it had been discontinued. They asked if i wanted a refund, i replied within 10mins of receiving their email to say yes. I spoke on web chat the day after and was told the refund should be done that day or the next at the very latest. A few more days of chasing it up, no emails or Anything and no-one responding on web chat. I finally got a refund 8 days later. I originally paid via paypal. Now pYpL are saying it takes up to 30 days to show in my bank.... £900 less and no bed! Wouldnt use agAin!
