I ordered a bed for delivery 9th January - they only delivered 2 out of the 3 pieces and I am still awaiting the third in order to make the bed! It's now the 22nd January.
I have emailed them four times and not once have I received a reply. I contact customer services three days ago. I had a conversation with a pleasant lady who would look into it and get back to me and she has not called back!
They have zero customer service - DO NOT USE
