I ordered online, which was a very easy process, a 6' zip and link bed, together with two headboards. I was kept informed of the delivery date and time and the two guys turned up accordingly. They quickly brought the beds into the house and, as agreed, took away my old bed. They were very efficient. The beds, mattresses and headboards were wrapped in very strong plastic which ensured they were all nice and clean. It was easy to put the beds together and fit the headboards. My only slight problem is, in that on the headboards I chose, the pattern does not line up when the two headboards are side by side in the 6' configuration which does spoil the effect and there is nothing I can do to make it align correctly. I wish I'd picked a different headboard where this would not have happened! All in all the quality of the beds and headboards are excellent and, in fact, exceeded my expectation as obviously ordering on line you do not get to see the real article.
