I returned an item but did not receive my refund. I have sent 4 emails one of which should a photo of my proof that they received my return 3 weeks ago, but I have still had no reply. On their website there is no telephone no. They say they will get back in touch within an hour by email but they just don’t respond. Their customer service doesn’t exist. Don’t get caught out, because I have no way of getting my money back. I would advise you don’t use this site.
