in a large order, some parts took many weeks to arrive and one major part which was discounted, arrived and unusable in a scooter engine. After a number of attempts to speak to Dan, I returned the item for refund before Christmas, and I'm still waiting. Therefore I have raised a county court case for a refund. Sad it has come to this but...
