BeerBods is that little ray of sunlight in my week. I rattle through my list of things to do and then realise that Thursday is my run and beer night. That little bit of indulgence - indulging in a story, indulging in the taste, indulging in sitting down after exercise and really appreciating the drink... it just gives me a lift.
