Great customer service with real people who genuinely care! I rate a company on how it deals with problems. This company has very good customer support when things go wrong even if it wasn't their fault but the fault of the delivery service. As was the case with my recent order. Breakages by the delivery company were replaced and with me within a couple of days. Was all dealt with over the phone the day I reported the problem. Great stuff!
