Well, I ordered 36 bottles of beer and they sent me 32, one of which arrived smashed, together with a sodden box.
However, once alerted to these problems, they did credit me promptly.
All companies have an off day but how they deal with it is a true test of a proper company.
I’m happy to give them this ‘one free bite’.
