I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and was sent the incorrect order with a completely different beer. Having made the customer service team aware they quickly arranged for DPD to collect the incorrect order from my house practically the next day. However, although I was informed I'd receive my correct order ASAP it has still not arrived over a week since making you aware. This is really disappointing and I'd have expected you to prioritise fulfilling my order promptly given how quick you arranged to collect from me. The correct order link still shows Hermes as waiting to receive this from beerhunter since a link was sent to me 5 days ago.
